Legal intern

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements (client contracts, supplier contracts, data protection agreements, NDA, etc.) in both English and French
• Conduct risk assessments regarding the launch of new offerings and legal requirements, alert, advise, and propose appropriate solutions
• Provide legal and compliance support to all our operational teams (Tech, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
• Update existing legal documentation
• Stay up-to-date with laws and regulations to ensure compliance with French and foreign laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various legal projects

• Currently studying contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, telecommunications, data privacy and/or new technologies (ideally in last year)
• Previous experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a company
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
• Comfortable in a stimulating and multicultural environment
• Capable of problem-solving and adopt a pro-business approach
• Can work as a business partner

Completed the CRFPA and are seeking a PPI
