To assist with compliance matters of the Company, including: Conduct customer/partner due diligence: background checks, adverse media checks, and sanctions screening on counterparties, vendors, and business partners. Draft, review, and standardize internal compliance policies and procedures across the Company. Support the ESG compliance program: research reporting standards (GRI, ISSB), collect ESG data. Monitor and research new or amended laws, regulations, and circulars from relevant authorities; prepare regulatory update summaries. Coordinate with other departments on compliance matters and perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in law
Good English proficiency, particularly in legal and business writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
AI literacy — able to use AI-powered tools (research platforms, document drafting/summarization) responsibly in a compliance context
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
Careful, honest, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
