Are you a recent Legal Graduate looking to start your career in conveyancing? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their experienced fee earners and private clients in a fast-paced legal environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate to gain hands-on experience in a legal setting with progression potential in property law. You will be involved in a variety of administrative and client-facing duties while learning the ins and outs of the conveyancing process.
Job Responsibility:
Support Fee Earners with client matters and transactions
Assist with audio and copy typing using a digital dictation system
Conduct Local Authority and Land Registry searches
Draft legal documents and correspondence for review
Handle telephone enquiries and direct appropriately
Greet clients in person and assist with enquiries
Schedule client meetings and maintain diaries
Perform general administrative tasks: photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
Requirements:
Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
Keen interest in conveyancing and property law
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional and confident communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
