In this dynamic part-time role, you will combine your transactional and regulatory legal experience, research acumen, and analytical thinking to develop and refine AI models that transform transactional and regulatory compliance workflows. Job Responsibility

  • Produce “golden response” contracts and policies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate nuanced legal insights into actionable requirements for AI systems
  • Oversee the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI outputs, providing expert feedback to enhance performance

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution, with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of transactional or compliance legal experience, demonstrating expertise in template-intensive transactional and compliance workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate law
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage projects in remote, digital-first legal environments

Nice to have

  • Law Review or Journal editorial experience, including cite-checking and legal publication review
  • Experience in contract redlining, vendor vetting, commercial transactions (private equity, structured finance), employment law, data privacy law, or multi-jurisdictional compliance programs
