Job Description:

A Trainee Legal Executive role within an in-house legal team. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, acting as legal support to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with insurance and commercial guidelines. The role is located in Chatham with a hybrid work setup and a focus on professional development in an employee-centered environment.

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing legal contracts in line with Professional Indemnity insurance and commercial guidelines
Negotiating clauses with clients over email, telephone and meetings
Extend liability where necessary
Review letters, scope of works, reports against PI insurance

Requirements:

Law Degree
