Legal Executive

• Advising clients across commercial and residential property sectors
• Handling caseload of complex property litigation matters
• Supporting senior fee earners on substantial disputes
• Managing all stages of litigation process including pre-action, issuing claims, settlement negotiations
• Attending hearings when necessary
• Contributing to business development initiatives
• Client relationship management

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
• 2+ years' experience in property litigation
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property law
• Demonstrable ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
• Experience working within a mid-sized or large law firm is desirable
• Team-oriented approach with commitment to high-quality client service
