In this role, you will provide a first-class service to our Partners and internal stakeholders, while managing schedules, calendars and travel appointments. Collaborate with other team members globally, dealing with varying communications from both internal and external parties.

Supporting Partner time tracking
Drafting client engagement letters
Document formatting
Using the task management system (tracking responsibilities)
Ad-hoc research to support partner projects
Managing schedules, calendars and travel appointments

Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately with an eye for detail
Utilizing previous Law Firm experience to understand the business and effectively prioritize
Liaising with stakeholders
Helping ensure the many goals are achieved
Requirements:
8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a Law Firm
Remote working experience essential
Fluent English (verbal and written communications)
Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading etc.)
Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
