Job Description

The Prod Ctrl Sr. Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the Firm's books and records in coordination with the overall Markets Controllers Finance team. The role focuses on Financial reporting of Markets and US Broker Dealer Legal Entity results on a monthly basis, providing performance analysis to various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead in the preparation and analysis of business and legal entity financials for senior stakeholders
  • Establish strong working relationships with partners globally and across multiple functions
  • Assist in provide thoughtful and clear commentary as well as talking points for executive management
  • Articulate the story on the business’ financial performance at month and quarter-end
  • Apply in-depth industry knowledge towards the development of new techniques and improving processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within Finance
  • Analyze data by filtering, prioritizing, and validating moderately complex information
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Critical thinker/problem solver that can drive qualitative & quantitative analysis
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong communication skills in order to guide, influence and convince others
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
