Legal engineer

Key Responsibilities: Create a repository and hierarchy of the Contracts in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) tool by clearly identifying parent-child linkage; Analysis of commercial contracts such as Master Agreements, Service Agreements, , NDAs, etc.; Assessment of key clauses such as Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Assignment, Change of control, Indemnification, Limitation of liability, Intellectual property Rights etc., essential for commercial contracts; Perform manual and auto-extraction of contract data through AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Data visualisation tools resulting in contract management and interpretation; Ensure the data in the CLM is up-to-date, continuous, and set parameters to the repository. Professional Experience: Good experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Contract Abstraction, Contract Negotiation & Contract Summarization; 2+ years in managing CLM tools like Conga, Sirion Labs, Icertis, Ironclad, Unitedlex; Experience in AI validation, Clause Categorization, Contract Interpretation, labelling of legal information for supervised machine learning and Risk Review; Ability to present contract data in a clear and concise format; Ability to challenge the status quo and deliver effectively with what can often be ambiguous requirements; Good English language proficiency. Multi- lingual candidates who have proficiency in any foreign language (in addition to English) will get a preference. Education: Degree in Science / Business Management/ Engineering/law, or equivalent. Primary Location: India (Noida preferred).
