Job Responsibility:
Act as a thought partner to General Counsels, Legal Operations leaders, and in-house teams
Work with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships
Be the voice of in-house users inside Legora
Deliver clear, confident product demos and training
Document best practices from leading legal departments
Help in-house teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how corporate legal operates
Requirements:
Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department
Ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation
Tech-curious and product-savvy
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity
Understanding of how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships
Cares deeply about quality but doesn't get stuck in perfectionism
Understands the commercial realities of in-house life
