Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Support M&A and joint venture processes, including due diligence coordination and document review and regulatory assessments
  • Assist in financing transactions, treasury-related documentation, and compliance with applicable financial regulations
  • Contribute to the implementation of regulatory legal requirements
  • Conduct legal research on corporate, financial, regulatory, and sustainability frameworks
  • Review and prepare basic contractual and transactional documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external law firms
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support internal adaptation to new legal and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in Private Law, including civil, corporate, finance and capital markets law
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and collaborative approach
  • High ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Learning agility and strong motivation to develop expertise
  • Fluent English and proficient in digital tools
  • Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Develop and execute oncology product brand storytelling, maintaining and adapting the marketing calendar to align with business goals and partnership with corporate and prenatal brand resources
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, Genetic Counselors, Legal, and Sales—to create, distribute, and optimize marketing content across digital and print channels
  • Plan, execute, and assess tradeshows, webinars, and events in collaboration with the prenatal team, field members, and leadership
