Legal Counsel

• Offer pragmatic and commercial legal advice to the growing UK business
• Strong background in commercial contract drafting of all sizes
• Negotiate where required with external clients and suppliers
• The candidate must be confident to work independently and although guidance can be given a level of confidence is required
• Provide support to senior stakeholders across the Group, ensuring decision making is made in a commercial fashion and legal advice is followed through
• Support other team members where required with any 'ad hoc' legal assignments

• Minimum 3+ PQE in Commercial Law
• In-House experience although advantageous is not required
• IT/Telecoms and SaaS experience would be desirable but not essential
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work as part of a UK wide legal team in various locations
