Job Description:

Our client is a well-established group with global operations, actively involved in cross-border corporate and commercial matters. They are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their high-performing legal team. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex legal work across multiple jurisdictions, supporting strategic business activities and governance requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements to support business operations and strategic initiatives
Ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including involvement in internal policy reviews and regulatory documentation
Opportunity to work on matters involving multiple jurisdictions including SEA

Requirements:

LL.B. with minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate legal work
