Job Description:

A fast growing but well established tech company with solid turnover and backing by investors is looking to hire a Legal Counsel. The role gives the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic General Counsel who has strong coaching and leadership skills. The company is fast growing but already well established and financially secure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working closely with the General Counsel
  • Assisting the C-Suite team in running and building the business
  • Drafting agreements and contracts relating to SaaS business
  • Drafting partnership agreements, reseller agreements, IP, statements of work, data-protection agreements

Requirements:

  • UK qualified
  • At least 1 year PQE gained from a respected law firm or in-house legal team
  • Commercial SaaS experience (strongly preferred)
  • Experience of IP (strongly preferred)
  • Self-reliance
  • Strong work ethic

Nice to have:

  • Commercial SaaS experience
  • Experience of IP

  • Provide general commercial legal advice on contracts, partnerships, and operational issues
