Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the implementation, development and processing of Sportradar’s contracts and document management system, primarily responsible for processing global client, sales, vendor and other legal contracts for review, risk assessment, final approval, signature and storage. You will work with all of Sportradar’s global commercial and contract-related constituents to ensure that Sportradar contracts are processed efficiently to optimize Sportradar’s contract management systems in accordance with Sportradar standards and policies to accelerate revenue and reduce risk. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will provide support on other legal matters as the needs of the business require, including assisting with debt collection processes, conducting research and contributing to various projects across the legal group.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implementation, development and processing of Sportradar’s contracts and document management system, primarily responsible for processing global client, sales, vendor and other legal contracts for review, risk assessment, final approval, signature and storage
  • Work with all of Sportradar’s global commercial and contract-related constituents to ensure that Sportradar contracts are processed efficiently to optimize Sportradar’s contract management systems in accordance with Sportradar standards and policies to accelerate revenue and reduce risk
  • Provide support on other legal matters as the needs of the business require, including assisting with debt collection processes, conducting research and contributing to various projects across the legal group
  • Supporting the global Sales, Commercial Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in overall administrative support in the processing of global contracts while complying with internal standards
  • Supporting the global Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, Compliance etc.
  • Supporting the global Sales, Commercial, Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in implementing, establishing new business processes for optimal use of Sportradar’s contract management system
  • Supporting the global Procurement, Legal, and Contracting team in administrative support for various systems, including Ironclad, DocuSign and Salesforce
  • Supporting debt collection processes, conducting research and other legal matters across the group as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in contract management/administration
  • Juris Doctorate or equivalent also preferred
  • Experience in supporting in-house global technology firms is preferred, with focusing on license, hosting, confidentiality, professional services, procurement contracts and similar contracts for which an in-house counsel is proficient
  • Experience in supporting the implementation of a global contract management system, driving process improvements and efficiencies across a global, diverse legal department, and developing guidelines for contract processing including coordination and oversight for contract approvals, signature and storage
  • Knowledge and experience in utilizing legal support Artificial Intelligence tools preferred, as well with systems such as Ironclad, Docu-Sign, and Salesforce
  • Experience in supporting debt collection processes, along with broad exposure to diverse legal department functions, is desirable

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
