Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious lawyer to join Fever's In-House Legal Team to support our operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You will play a critical role in executing business strategy in the region by providing legal support, managing corporate compliance, and contributing to our ambitious growth. Job Responsibility:

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions
provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management
research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
provide corporate management support for corporate expansion
stay up to date on legislative and jurisprudence developments in APAC
coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors
manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation of templates and legal guides
participate in corporate compliance functions
support and upskill other team members

Requirements:

Practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
professional fluency in English
proficiency in an additional language (optional)
strong communication and collaboration skills with emotional intelligence
experience working on international projects or with global teams
adaptable and eager to learn
