Job Description:

Providing legal advice and solutions for Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia on a broad range of in-house legal matters, including but not limited to commercial, intellectual property, regulatory, employment, data privacy etc.; Draft, review and negotiate a full range of legal documents, contract review, templates and other policies; Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to address legal issues and provide strategic advice; Advise senior leadership on legal and compliance issues for the business

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing legal advice and solutions for Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia on a broad range of in-house legal matters, including but not limited to commercial, intellectual property, regulatory, employment, data privacy etc.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a full range of legal documents, contract review, templates and other policies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to address legal issues and provide strategic advice
  • Advise senior leadership on legal and compliance issues for the business

Requirements:

  • Qualified Lawyer (HK, SG or MY) with at least 5 years' PQE
  • Excellent regional in-house experience gained in FMCG, retail, luxury or property
  • Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
