Job Responsibility
Actively contribute to the legal support of business initiatives and ensure compliance within the highly regulated telecommunications industry
Assist in litigation coordination and reporting, represent the company before courts, support the coordination of external legal counsels, and appear before courts and regulatory bodies when necessary
Provide legal support in public procurement and public bids
Provide legal guidance, support, and ensure compliance across various departments, including but not limited to Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, advising stakeholders on regulatory changes and industry trends
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of supplier, distribution, franchise, retail and wholesale agreements as well as other legal documents
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited law school (Master's degree is considered a plus)
5+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including experience in litigation (civil, criminal and administrative) and drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements
Experience in the telecommunications industry (e.g. licensing, 360 compliance) and in public procurement contracts is considered a strong plus
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
Member of Greek Bar Association
