The role will cover Commercial, HR, and Facilities legal functions and will involve both internal legal management and collaboration with external counsel as needed. The position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage urgent legal matters while building sustainable processes.
Job Responsibility:
Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts
Advise on commercial transactions, risk management, and compliance
Handle employment matters, including contracts, disputes, and HR policies
Manage property-related legal issues and regulatory compliance
Serve as primary legal resource and oversee external counsel relationships
Implement cost-effective legal solutions and risk management strategies
Requirements:
UK-qualified solicitor with 5-8 years’ post-qualification experience
Strong background in commercial law and employment law
US law experience essential
International experience is a plus
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
