Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel at Gong, you’re part of a small, exemplary legal team and the projects you take on interact with virtually every team across the organization. You should have a strong background in SaaS transactions. You’re an independent self-starter but also have the maturity to understand when to escalate or collaborate. You are detail-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You’re creative and flexible, a team player and eager to support diverse projects as the company grows quickly. You’re an effective communicator capable of distilling legal terminology into straightforward language. This role will primarily support the sales and procurement teams. You'll work closely with business leaders across the company to support the procurement of various service providers, while ensuring information security and privacy compliance and managing internal relationships in the review cycle. You will also support our high velocity sales side business as we onboard customers from around the world and scale Gong to new heights.
