Job Description:

An established energy business in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This is a broad and varied role, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel and offering exposure to corporate, commercial, contractual, litigation and regulatory matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contract review and negotiation
  • Bid documentation, bank guarantees and performance bonds
  • External litigation and labour-related matters
  • Government, licensing and compliance work
  • Legal support across internal stakeholders and business teams

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years experience
  • ideally gained in a law firm and/or in-house
  • strong grounding in corporate/commercial
  • English fluency is essential

Nice to have:

  • Experience in energy, oil & gas or another large industrial environment
  • Arabic is a plus
