Legal Counsel

• Review, draft and negotiate customer contracts, vendor agreements, licensing agreements and bespoke strategic partnership agreements
• Offer legal support and guidance on e-commerce, consumer protection, and privacy issues (in collaboration with the Company’s Data Privacy Office)
• Support special projects as needed in areas such as regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and manage legal risks effectively
• Work with and manage external counsel as necessary
• Conduct legal workshops and trainings for employees
• Assist with designing, building and improving internal legal operations and processes as we continue to grow and scale

• Master of Law from a reputable university or law school
• 6+ years of commercial legal experience, either as in-house counsel at a fast-paced company or at a top-tier corporate law firm
• Deep expertise in contract law, with extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Solid knowledge of European e-commerce, consumer protection, and privacy laws
• Full professional fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required

Proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a significant asset
