Job Description:

Exciting NQ in-house role in a high-growth tech business. Broad commercial and SaaS work, great culture, real development and flexibility including fully remote.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft, review and negotiate core commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, SaaS terms and procurement documentation
  • Support supplier onboarding and renewal cycles, ensuring alignment with risk, commercial expectations and operational needs
  • Contribute to ESG initiatives and help monitor new and evolving regulatory developments, including DORA
  • Provide commercially oriented advice across the business in a pragmatic, solution-focused manner
  • Assist in developing and refining legal processes, templates and operational efficiencies within the Legal Team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, People, Product and senior leadership teams

Requirements:

  • NQ Solicitor (England & Wales) — applications welcomed from those qualifying shortly
  • In-house experience is essential (minimum 6 months in a tech/SaaS or commercial environment)
  • Strong grounding in commercial contracts, especially NDAs and supplier agreements, with exposure to supplier onboarding or renewals
  • A strong commercial mindset
  • able to balance legal risk with business objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to varied personalities and build internal relationships
  • Collaborative, coachable and respectful — someone who values guidance, alignment and working as part of a tightly connected team
