Legal Counsel

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, marketing agreements, partnerships, NDA, and asset purchase agreements
• Advise on corporate matters in a multi-jurisdictional environment, including commercial law, employment law, and data protection/privacy compliance
• Research and monitor regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, advising or training stakeholders on the required business changes
• Support corporate, M&A, and restructuring projects, including due diligence, corporate authorisations, transaction execution, and post-completion activities
• Support brand protection efforts through online monitoring and coordination of DMCA takedowns
• Liaise with external counsel on legal matters and provide proactive support to internal teams and business stakeholders

• Degree in Law (EU/UK)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and/or crypto, with a strong background in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously, demonstrating strong ownership and work ethic
• Collaborative team player who can operate autonomously when required, with a positive attitude and a solutions-driven, creative approach to legal problem-solving
