Job Description:

We’re seeking an attorney with experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial partnerships, joint ventures and M&A transactions. Job Responsibility:

Drafting and reviewing joint venture and co-investment agreements and ancillary transactional documents
Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis to the execution of any transaction
Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors
Preparing / revising internal templates, guides, and similar knowledge management documents, and taking responsibility for document management
Assisting with general corporate governance for the entire Fever group
Participating in ongoing compliance functions as required
Prioritise your and others’ work
Participate in the upskilling, support and growth of other team members

Requirements:

Be a barred / practising lawyer (corporate or law firm) with at least 4 years of experience in corporate transactions, preferably including complex partnerships and M&A
Speak fluent English, with a command of legal English, and preferably with fluency in another language (especially French, Portuguese, German)
Have an excellent academic record or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms
Have keen attention to detail and strong financial and commercial awareness
Possess strong technical skills and enjoy stepping into new territory with your work
Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work

Nice to have:

Fluency in another language (especially French, Portuguese, German)
Experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms
