As a Legal Counsel at Gamdom, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial, regulatory, and operational activities across multiple brands and jurisdictions. You will provide practical legal guidance to business teams, manage regulatory and compliance matters, and ensure the company operates within applicable laws and licensing requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal issues in a fast-paced, international iGaming environment.
Job Responsibility:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, marketing, service and partnership agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, intra-group agreements, and terms and conditions related to B2B/B2C gaming operations
Support the company’s regulatory and licensing obligations across relevant jurisdictions, in collaboration with the Compliance team
Monitor, interpret, and provide guidance on legal and regulatory developments related to online gaming, digital services, crypto, consumer protection, responsible gaming, and data protection
Assist in maintaining internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements
Advise business teams on legal risks arising from commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives, proposing practical solutions
Support corporate governance activities, including filings, group structure matters, and organisation of internal records
Assist in intellectual property management, including protection of brand assets and coordination with external advisors when necessary
Liaise with regulatory authorities, external counsels, auditors, and internal stakeholders to support reporting and information requests
Provide guidance on customer-facing matters, including disputes, terms and conditions, and responsible gambling issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as in-house counsel within the iGaming industry
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property matters
Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to iGaming
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable advice
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
