As a Legal Counsel, you will join a legal team of three people, as part of a broader effort to strengthen and scale the Legal department in line with the Group’s growth. You will play a key role in supporting the Group’s growth by securing its legal framework and advising teams across the business. Reporting to the Legal Director and working closely with Finance and operational teams (Purchasing, Customer Relations, IT, HR, Finance…), you will act as a trusted legal partner, helping teams move fast while managing and anticipating legal risks. Your scope covers France and our 8 international markets, with a strong focus on commercial and privacy law.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations across all Group departments and maintain an active legal watch aligned with our business activities
Advise operational teams on a wide range of legal topics (including Commercial law, Contract law, Consumer law, Tourism law & IT / data protection (GDPR))
Draft, review, and validate contracts supporting operational and strategic projects (suppliers, partners, clients)
Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters: defending the company’s interests in disputes, managing third-party claims in coordination with internal stakeholder and external counsels
Requirements:
Master’s degree (LL.M. or equivalent) in Business Law
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong expertise in commercial law and privacy law (drafting and validation of supplier contracts, T&Cs, purchase and sales general conditions)
Comfortable working in both French and English, written and spoken
Able to handle diverse legal topics with rigor, autonomy, and adaptability
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, combined with excellent drafting abilities
Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine business partner approach
Organized, reliable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, international context
Nice to have:
A background or strong interest in tourism law is a plus
