Job Responsibility

Draft, review and negotiate core commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, SaaS terms and procurement documentation

Contribute to ESG initiatives and help monitor new and evolving regulatory developments, including DORA
Provide commercially oriented advice across the business in a pragmatic, solution-focused manner
Assist in developing and refining legal processes, templates and operational efficiencies within the Legal Team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, People, Product and senior leadership teams
