Job Description

Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including services contracts, vendor agreements, employment contracts etc. Provide legal support for a wide variety of transactional projects including M&A, JVs and financing. Monitor regulatory developments and updates for corporate legal and compliance issues as well as support for risk mitigation planning. Engage with external counsel and support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • A lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE gained at a well-recognised law firm or in-house corporate
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, advisory and analytical skills
  • A self-motivated team-player with the ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Fluent in English (ideally with another Asian language)
