  • Demonstrated experience advising on commercial technology transactions, including SaaS or cloud-based software
  • Strong working knowledge of US and international privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and Québec privacy legislation, with the ability to give clear, actionable compliance advice

Nice to have:

  • In-house legal experience, particularly within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Exposure to information security frameworks (e.g. ISO, SOC 2, GDPR security certifications)
  • Fluency in another language, particularly French
What we offer:
  • A genuinely commercial legal role with visibility across the business
  • High-growth SaaS environment with real momentum in North America
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US, with leadership based in Sydney, Australia
  • Opportunity to influence product, partnerships and go-to-market strategy early
