Requirements

Be a barred / practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE working in one or more Nordic jurisdictions
Have experience working in top tier law firms, or inhouse experience at a large-scale multinational
Speak fluent English, as well as French or German, with an additional language, a strong plus
Have a keen eye for strategy and business, with an ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities
Possess strong technical skills
Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work

Job Responsibility

Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics
Work with internal and external SMEs to provide corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation and disputes support to the region
Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions
Contribute to company knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
Prioritise your work based on company strategy and objectives
Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members

You are qualified as a solicitor in Italy with a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer (experience in FMCG is a plus)
