Job Responsibility:

  • Draft, review and negotiate a range of transactional and fund documentation supporting the business's growth
  • Provide legal advice and support on a range of issues including structuring, due diligence, JVs, co-investments, fund governance and operations
  • Manage the full cycle of transactions from acquisitions, disposals and post-transaction integration across APAC
  • Engage with external counsel as required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Lawyer with at least 6+ years' PQE with previous experience at an international law firm or as in-house counsel at a leading asset manager / large corporate would be advantageous
  • Strong expertise in M&A transactions (across Asia)
  • Excellent commercial judgement and experience working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and business partner
  • Fluency in English (ideally with Chinese) is required
