Job Description

As part of the Corporate Legal team, you support global procurement operations by preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements that enable Nordex to source key components worldwide. You collaborate closely with colleagues in Hamburg and Pamplona and ensure safe, efficient and compliant supply chain processes. Your work strengthens Nordex’s ability to operate reliably across international markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts with international suppliers
  • Provide adhoc legal advice on agreements such as real estate leases, equipment leases or research and development cooperation agreements
  • Prepare and maintain standard templates, forms and internal legal guidelines
  • Deliver legal in‑house training for procurement and technical teams
  • Support cross‑border collaboration within the Global Procurement legal team
  • Report directly to the Legal Director Global Procurement in Pamplona

Requirements

  • Fully qualified to practise law in Germany with strong academic credentials
  • At least five years of experience in private practice or in-house, ideally in construction, engineering or the energy sector
  • Experience working with commercial contracts in an international environment
  • Clear and confident communication and negotiation skills, with strong organisational skills
  • Fluent in English, German and ideally one additional European language
  • Experience in risk and claim management or willingness to build this knowledge
  • Open to occasional international travel
