We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our diverse In-House Legal Team, supporting our operations across the Asia-Pacific region. As Legal Counsel supporting the APAC region, you will provide general commercial support to and play a critical role in the execution of our business strategy in the region, working closely with regional leadership. Job Responsibility

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions
  • Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management
  • Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
  • Provide corporate management support in the region, including for corporate expansion
  • Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in APAC
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
  • Manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
  • Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions
  • Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members

Requirements

  • Be a practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Experience working on international projects or with global teams
  • A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
