Job Description

We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our diverse In-House Legal Team, supporting our operations across the Asia-Pacific region. As Legal Counsel supporting the APAC region, you will provide general commercial support to and play a critical role in the execution of our business strategy in the region, working closely with regional leadership. You'll have the chance to provide generalist legal support across the APAC region and grow your knowledge of local markets while contributing to Fever's mission, vision, and ambitious growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions
  • Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management
  • Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
  • Provide corporate management support in the region, including for corporate expansion
  • Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in APAC
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
  • Manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
  • Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions
  • Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members

Requirements

  • Be a practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Experience working on international projects or with global teams
  • A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
