Job Description

Our client is a prominent market leader in the engineering sector, recognized globally for providing innovative solutions across diversified industries. They are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of their established legal team to support their continuous strategic growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimizing risk to the organization. This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on compliance and regulatory matters. You will also advise on other corporate matters including but not limited to employment, data privacy and disputes when they arise.
