Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team
  • Strong technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to any of the following areas
  • Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce and/or Data Privacy
  • Ability to proactively solve problems, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running, analyse legal and commercial risks and propose creative, business-oriented solutions
  • An ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders is essential
  • Strong team player and service-oriented attitude
  • Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia

Nice to have:

Experience in an FMCG, retail or consumer, digital product/commerce industry would be advantageous
