At least 4-5 years in Intellectual Property international law firms and/or inhouse IP department, with experience in the field of medical devices and well-known consumer goods
solid expertise in intellectual property and advertising laws
medical devices regulation
Experience in review of marketing claims with a specific focus on regulated areas of advertising (medical claims/contracts with health care professional etc)

Revising and negotiating marketing contracts related to medical devices (NDA, Consultancy Agreement) for medical devices, following established templates and instructions
Provide legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel on day-to-day matters, including research, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
