Legal Counsel role supporting Fever's operations in Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions, working as a business partner with regional business leads to enable Fever's continued growth as a leading entertainment platform

Job Responsibility:

  • Drafting/revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation
  • Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents
  • Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors
  • Assisting in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal
  • Participating in ongoing compliance functions and product advice
  • Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members

Requirements:

  • Practising lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience working in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is essential
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working on international projects or with global teams
  • Team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
