  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Finance, Tax, Product, Operations, etc.) to deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
  • Manage and coordinate with external counsel in Brazil, overseeing budget, strategy, and quality of legal support
  • Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements to drive efficiency in Brazil while ensuring alignment with regional (LATAM) and Global standards
  • Support compliance, risk management, and internal policy initiatives, including implementation and training where needed
  • Assist in the management of pre-litigation and litigation matters in Brazil, coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer in Brazil, ideally with experience in other LATAM countries
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional law (in-house or at a top law firm)
  • Native or bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English is required
  • additional languages a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable, with a business-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international, fast-paced environment

  • Additional languages beyond Portuguese and English

What we offer

  • Attractive compensation package
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Work in a location in the heart of the city, with possible travel across our markets
