We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our diverse In-House Legal Team, supporting our operations across the Asia-Pacific region. If you're a young professional seeking to elevate your career at a fast-growing, tech-driven entertainment company, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions
  • Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management
  • Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
  • Provide corporate management support in the region, including for corporate expansion
  • Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in APAC
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
  • Manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
  • Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions
  • Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members

Requirements:

  • Be a practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
