Job Description

We are delighted to be collaborating on a search with a fast-growing, market-leading legal technology group. This is a role for a commercially-minded Lawyer where you will own end-to-end enterprise negotiations, shape how a scaling legal function operates, and be a true partner to Sales, Product, Security, and Finance. Reporting into the Head of Legal & Compliance where day to day-to-day responsibilities include leading commercial SaaS contracting (MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs), advising on IP, data privacy, and cross-border data transfers and streamlining legal operations as the business scales globally.
