Job Description:

Our client is a reputable financial institution specialising in wealth management, corporate finance, and regulatory-compliant financial solutions. They are looking for a Legal Counsel with strong Litigation experience to join the team.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation for business operations
Oversee contentious matters, coordinate with external counsel, and ensure cost-effective resolution of legal disputes
Deliver concise management reporting on legal risks to align strategies with organisational objectives

Requirements:

Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of experience in litigation, regulatory disputes, or related fields
Proven track record in handling insolvency, employment, or other contentious matters within financial services industry
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
