Multinational organization with a global presence and a strong focus on excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. You will be part of a growing Hub organization in the Legal department of the company. This Hub will serve various countries and businesses around the world.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise and support the software business in all legal matters with a strong focus on commercial transactions
  • Support the EMEA and USA legal counsels teams in different types of commercial transactions, including software and cloud related customer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, procurement agreements and other related inbound agreements with technology partners
  • Support the Central Legal team with M&A projects and maintain sales terms, templates and processes across the globe

Requirements

  • Degree in Law
  • Experience of 3 plus years of legal work experience in transactional law, acquired in either a law firm or corporate in-house legal team
  • Solid expertise in Commercial Contract Law
  • Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription-based business models and cloud infrastructure transactions
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licensing, solutions contracts, service contracts, and procurement agreements
  • Basic understanding of new legal frameworks
  • Sensitivity to legislative differences across the globe and be able to work effectively with a global perspective in a geographically dispersed business
  • Full professional fluency in English

Nice to have

Specific knowledge of the Data Act, AI Act, NIS2, and IT Law are a significant advantage
