Job Description

An international business is looking to add to its legal team based in Dubai. Our client is seeking to hire a Legal Counsel who will report directly to the Chief Legal Counsel.

Job Responsibility

  • Working on international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic transactions
  • Negotiating various types of investment-related contracts including SPA’s
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Arabic & English
  • Can draft contracts into both languages
  • At least 5 years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm
  • Experience of working in the UAE would be advantageous
