Job Responsibility

Drafting/revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation
Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents
Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Assisting in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal
Participating in ongoing compliance functions and product advice
Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members
