Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to be part of a collegiate and collaborative team that values career development and growth. Reporting to the Legal Director, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation
drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts
advising on other areas including but not limited to intellectual property, data privacy

Requirements:

Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in an inhouse capacity
experience in managing corporate and commercial matters
keen interest in intellectual property or data privacy
adaptable, flexible, hungry to learn
thrive in a collaborative and collegiate team environment
meticulous, detailed
possess excellent interpersonal skills to partner with a wide range of stakeholders
