Job Description

Our client, a global media company, is looking for a Legal Coordinator to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their office in Hollywood. The successful candidate will possess strong contract comprehension, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Read and interpret contracts to manage payments, credits, and paid ad memos
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordinating of meetings
  • Generate option letters/agreements and tracking payments
  • Act as a liaison between Legal, Creative, and Business Affairs teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a Paralegal Certification is preferred
  • 2+ years of contract administration experience is required
  • Prior experience within entertainment law is a plus (knowledge of DGA, WGA, PGA, & SAG-AFTRA contracts)
  • Prior calendar management and administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required, DocuSign experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
