Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Contracts Administrator to join our team in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. In this Contract to permanent position, you will manage the lifecycle of contracts, support compliance with internal policies, and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of company contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and training on the company’s contract management system while maintaining workflows, templates, and user profiles
  • Draft and edit contracts, including termination letters and NDAs, under the supervision of legal counsel
  • Attend and coordinate meetings with in-house and external counsel, documenting action items and maintaining trackers
  • Review and distribute notifications from the company’s statutory agent as part of backup responsibilities
  • Archive contracts and approvals, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility
  • Prepare and distribute performance metric reports, including weekly updates on open contract items
  • Assist with or lead special projects related to contract administration
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the legal team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on contracts
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Paralegal Certification preferred
  • Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts is advantageous
  • Knowledge of various agreements, such as NDAs, master services agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical experience in either a law firm or corporate setting is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Paralegal Certification preferred
