Job Responsibility:

Develops a complex review and approval process to ensure deliverables meet rigorous legal and regulatory requirements
Directs teams to conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential risks associated with market conduct exams and regulatory inquiries and investigations
Determines potential legal, financial, or operational risks to develop risk mitigation strategies
Ensures that issues are triaged timely and aligned with the obligations of internal stakeholders
Establishes parameters to ensure transparency and clear communication throughout the examination or investigation process
Helps establish and implement the structure and processes to effectively track and manage market conduct and regulatory deliverables throughout their lifecycle

Requirements:

7+ years of relevant professional work experience
5+ years of contract support or contract interpretation experience and/or 5+ years of healthcare, PBM or pharma experience
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of relevant experience

Nice to have:

Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred
Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
