Prepares sales presentations and proposals, conducts market research, and assists with sales forecasting and analysis. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support departments, contributing to the overall success of sales initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Develops a proposal strategy that focuses on understanding individual clients' needs, defining the value proposition, identifying key selling points, and determining the most appropriate approach for crafting each proposal
Analyzes and interprets requests for proposals (RFPs) and other business opportunities to understand project scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and compelling proposals that address customer needs and requirements
Manages proposal content repositories to ensure proposal materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the organization's branding and messaging objectives
Develops proposal strategies and approaches to differentiate the company competitively in the marketplace
Writes, reviews, and edits proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in messaging
Ensures that proposals adhere to all customer requirements, compliance standards, and internal guidelines
Coordinates the final assembly and submission of proposals to customers within the specified deadlines and pre-established parameters
Tracks the performance of submitted proposals, analyzes win-loss data, and provides insights to improve the effectiveness of future proposals
Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience working in healthcare
5-7 years’ experience in Contracting
Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree
