Job Description:

We are currently seeking lawyers with PRC qualifications to join us and support our clients in Hong Kong. Axiom is the global leader in high-caliber, on-demand legal talent. Covering North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC, we enable legal departments to drive efficiency and growth and meet the demands of today’s business landscape with best in breed alternative legal services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored legal support
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
  • Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
  • Working with and advising internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ PQE advising on a wide spectrum of general corporate/commercial contracts gained either within private practice or in house
  • Excellent Chinese language skills (written and spoken)
